All your safety work, in three moments

1 · Getting started

Build your starter folder

The first thing you are asked for before you can start on a site, organized and ready to show.

  • Step-by-step guide in the order that makes sense to build each document.
  • Editable Word and Excel templates so you don't start from scratch.
  • Separates what belongs to the company from what each site needs.

How many permanent workers does your company have?

Once per company

  • Legal matrix and initial assessment
  • Internal order, health and safety rules (RIOHS)
  • Annual prevention program
  • Accident and incident investigation
  • Monthly and annual statistics
  • Safety report templates

For each site

  • Hazard identification and risk assessment matrix (IPER)
  • Safe work procedures and risk information (IRL)
  • Emergency plan

2 · Work under way

Day-to-day in the field

Pre-task checks, task risk analysis and permits from your phone, with photo and signature, even without signal.

  • Permits for work at height, hot work, confined spaces, energy lockout (LOTO) and lifting.
  • If a check fails, the permit stays blocked until it is fixed.
  • Inspections, findings with owner and deadline, PPE delivery with receipt.
  • Training, signed risk information (IRL) and occupational exams with their expiry.

3 · If an accident happens

If something happens, you are not alone

The person comes first. PrevSe walks you through the steps and keeps every record for the insurance body and inspectors.

If the accident is serious or fatal, stop work and immediately notify the Labor Inspectorate and the regional health authority (SEREMI de Salud) (Law 16.744, art. 76).

  1. 1

    Care for the person

First aid and transfer to the mutualidad or the public network (ISL).

  2. 2

    Secure the area

Isolate the site and move nothing except to help.

  3. 3

    Report

Report internally. If serious or fatal, follow the notice above.

  4. 4

    File the DIAT

Accident notice to the insurance body.

  5. 5

    Investigate

Cause tree, actions with owner and deadline, and follow-up.

PrevSe does not replace care from your mutualidad or advice from an expert: it helps you react in time and keep every record.

When the inspector arrives

Internal rules, IPER, signed IRL, committee minutes and statistics, one click away for the Labor Inspectorate, the health authority or the client. With dates, signatures and evidence for each record.
